I work with people who are seeking a deeper relationship with themselves and using their current challenges to explore their inner landscape, historical origins and increase their authentic self-expression. I am use energy psychology techniques to help clear emotional blocks in relation to abandonment, shame, guilty, fear, depression, traumatic stress, adverse childhood experiences, negativity, low self-esteem, addiction, cultural and race issues. I help you to identify the causal wound behind your issues using energy psychology techniques to resource you to come alongside the difficult aspects of yourself or your experiences and release blocks.
Essential to the way I work is to provide a space for clients to feel safe, understood and listened to. I am supportive, warm, intuitive and creative. I deeply trust in the healing potential and wisdom of each individual and support this to emerge in therapy. My focus is to help you heal and be in touch with your vitality, joy and power.
