1 Day Introductory Training Level 1
This course teaches EFT from scratch. It is exciting, often life-changing. Even if you are completely new to the 'therapy' world you will finish the day able and excited to use the technique for yourself, and on your friends and family, to resolve a wide variety of anxieties, problems and stress symptoms. If you are already a health practitioner you will have mastered the basics enough to get very significant results with clients straightaway.
The Introductory Training is intended to be complete in its own right - so that even if you decide to go no further with formal training you will have gained a precious tool for life. However, we hope you may be inspired to take your learning further, and join us in learning new levels of artistry. The basics of EFT are simple to learn and, we believe, ought to be available to everyone - gaining mastery and true expertise takes time, practice and commitment. As well as really good teaching.

As the next step we encourage you to study Gary Craig's The EFT Course DVD/CD set, which is on sale at our Introductory Trainings - or order here. And also to increase your experience straightaway after Introductory Training by practising with your EFT skills and trying it on everything. Consolidate and expand your basic training - that way you will get the most out of Practitioner Training if you choose to continue.
AAMET Certified EFT Practitioner Training Level 2
Certified Practitioner Training is the next step towards excellence after The EFT Centre Introductory Training. The course is open to anyone who has completed another suitable Introductory Workshop, or has studied Gary Craig's foundational DVD/CD EFT Course and/or Manual and has mastered and practised using The Basic Recipe.
This is a 2-day EFT Practitioner Training accredited by AAMET which teaches to a level well beyond the requirements for accreditation. The EFT Centre aims to support you in striving for excellence, through developing your basic skills to a high standard. Topics include working with trauma, physical pain, phobias, aspects, and uncovering core issues. Certification will be subject to a practical assessment (during the weekend) and the submission of case histories.

Level 3 Training & Supervision
The programme consists of a 2-day workshop followed by two full day supervision sessions taken over a 12 month period. Our aim in teaching at this level is to develop a community of top level EFT professionals with the skills and personal qualities to have their work make a real impact in the world.
